Consular Processing

A person may file an I-130 Petition for relatives that are currently overseas.  Once the I-130 is approved in the U.S., the case is transferred to the National Visa Center for overseas processing.  Visa application, forms and documents including identification, medical exams and criminal records clearances are necessary for all consulates.  Procedures vary slightly by country, so our office can assist you in submitting the forms and documents required for your consulate to schedule you for an immigration visa interview.

Attorney Zak has prepared many fiance applications for approval with USCIS and handled all of the overseas processing of the case in a timely and cost-effective manner.
